• Property address, city, and ZIP or postal code
• Service type and project details
• Whether you gave consent to be contacted

We also collect information automatically when you visit the site:

• Pages visited, browser type, device type, and IP address (via standard server logs and analytics tools)
• Referring URL and search terms
• UTM parameters and ad click IDs (gclid, fbclid) if you arrived from an ad or tracked link

2. How We Use Your Information

When you submit a quote request, we use your contact information to connect you with a local power washing provider in your area. Specifically:

• Your lead details are forwarded to one or more local service providers who may contact you by phone, email, or text to follow up on your request.
• We use your email to send a confirmation if applicable.
• We use aggregated, anonymized data to understand how the site is used and improve it.
• We use UTM data and ad click IDs to measure which advertising campaigns are effective.

3. Lead Forwarding

TopPowerWash is a comparison and lead generation platform. When you submit a quote request, your contact information is shared with local service providers for the purpose of responding to your request. By submitting the form, you are giving your consent to be contacted by those providers.

We do not sell your information to third parties for purposes unrelated to your service request. Providers who receive your lead are required to use your information only to respond to that specific inquiry.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how visitors use it. These include:

• Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to measure traffic, page views, and user behavior in aggregate.
• Advertising pixels (such as Google Ads or Meta) to measure conversions from ad campaigns. These may set cookies when you arrive from a paid ad.
• Session cookies required for the site to function.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

5. Data Retention

We retain lead records for up to 24 months to support service quality reviews and dispute resolution. After that period, records are deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase (database and authentication)
• Google Analytics (site analytics)
• Resend (transactional email delivery)

We do not control how these third parties handle data beyond what their policies describe.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of having your information used for certain purposes

US residents (including California): you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

Canadian residents: you have rights under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws, including the right to access and correct your personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
